A Vision Taking Shape

It's been a barking mad 10 days. I think God might be opening the door on a bit of a vision of how a missional community might be formed, and then out work it's mission expression, through it's natural networks. As lots of "coincidences" have taken place over the last few days. Can't say more at the moment but watch this space.

Other mad bits have included a funeral which started with the match of the Day theme tune, trying to fit in various trips to see members of our community who are incarcerated in various institutions around London at the moment, and trying to take seriously my responsibility as chairman of the boys scout group (I'm chairman cos no one else turned up at the AGM!), and it needs some help.

If you want to join the Exec let me know.....

  • love the idea of mission through scout groups!! Always knew there was a place for jumble sales, cake bakes and the like in the post modern church. Obviously not all expressions of church need to be new!!!
p.s. am happy to join and attend exec - with conditions attached!

  • Not sure you'd want me on the Exec - I got chucked out of Scouts for being too radical. Us adventurers always get in to trouble. I might get chucked out of the CofE soon if I'm not careful !

Looking forward to hearing the vision story and looking forward to January when you next post on your blog.

    Muhahahaha...
